Welcome 2010

We've had a great time welcoming in the new year. The additional time off, due to the snow, has been nice too. Our new year started with a little trip to E'ville on the 1st. I got to shop for a little bit, then we ate and played at Gatti Town. This was our first visit to Gatti Town. The girls loved it. Sydney thinks it will be a great place to have her next birthday party.

On the following Monday, we tried to get back into a routine, but it only lasted for 3 days. A couple of inches of snow and extremely cold temperatures closed school for 2 days. I didn't mind the additional time off to spend with my sweeties. ; ) Just wish Addison would have remembered she didn't have to still get up at 6:30 each morning. ha, ha. We have found all kinds of things to do to occupy our time indoors. We've played dollhouse, dress-up, play-doh, and games. We've also done craft projects, cooked 3 meals a day, made tents in the living room, watched movies, enrolled Sydney in gymnastics, and played in the snow. Whew! Anymore snow days, and I'll be asking for suggestions to keep my darlings entertained. = )
