We are so excited that Addison has taken another very important step towards becoming a BIG girl! It was a great weekend for her in the business of potty training. She wore panties all day Saturday and Sunday, minus nap time and bed time. There were two accidents on Saturday, but it was my fault. . .I was talking on the phone one of the times and lost track of time-she was on her way to the potty but just didn't make it quick enough. She has learned so much this weekend-I love that! She can also shake her head yes to answer questions now--may not seem like a big deal but it is to us. For as long as I can remember, she has ALWAYS shaken her head no, or said no to answer a question even when we know she meant yes. This weekend she was able to say "Ok, Mama. and Yes, Mama!" = ) I'm so proud!!

No pictures of Sydney this week. . .she ended up getting sick on Friday-I left work early to pick her up. She was running a fever and had chills, which has continued throughout the weekend. Playing it safe, we quarantined ourselves (which helped with potty training) and tried to nurse her back to health with plenty of fluids and rest, but she just didn't seem to get better consistently. So, we took her to see the doc who told us she didn't have the FLU-ptl, and gave her an antibiotic. She should be back to her old self in the next day or so, just in time for her 5th birthday celebration.

big girl addison!!! Karson also took awhile to get the "yes" head shake.. i remember when he did get it too.. it was just so cute.. (something only a mommy gets excited about)
Yeah Addison. What a big girl! Sorry to here about Sydney. Hope she is doing better today!
