Homecoming, First Ballet Recital and Mother's Day

The month of May, started out with a special homecoming for our sweet cousin Brielle.  We were all so excited to finally meet this very special girl.  We have prayed for a very long time that this little one would be joined with her forever family.  How joyous this day was when Alex and Tera finally got to bring her home!!

A couple of days later, Addison was in her very first ballet recital.  She was soo excited to wear her dance costume and perform on stage.  She did a great job and is looking forward to dancing on the big stage very soon.

 For Mother's Day, Tim and the girls showered me with gifts all weekend.  I came home on Friday to a darling hand-painted frame and picture of Addison and I, a rose and a memory book written by Sydney.  On Saturday, they SURPRISED me with a Kindle Fire (Given early because Tim and Sydney feared Addison would spill the beans!)  Sunday, we went out to eat with my Mom, Dad, and Grandpa.  Then, we enjoyed the rest of the day relaxing at home.  I am so very thankful for the blessing of being a wife and mommy.
